This policy ensures that our rental properties are exclusively available to individuals who can demonstrate their current residence within these specified areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain a fair and transparent rental process

1. Definitions

"VR Equipment" refers to the virtual reality equipment, including headsets, controllers, and related accessories, available for rental on our Website.
"Renter" refers to the individual or entity renting VR Equipment from our Website.
"Deposit" refers to the security deposit required for renting VR Equipment.
"ID" refers to the identification document(s) provided by the Renter as part of the rental process.
"Tracking Devices" refers to the tracking devices installed on the VR Equipment for monitoring and security purposes.
2. Rental Process

2.1 Eligibility: To rent VR Equipment from our Website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid ID.

2.2 Reservation and Rental: You may reserve VR Equipment through our Website. A Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The Deposit will be refunded upon the return of the VR Equipment in good condition and on time.

2.3 ID Verification: As part of the rental process, we will verify your ID. We may also retain a copy of your ID for security purposes. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Rental Period

3.1 Duration: The rental period for VR Equipment is specified at the time of reservation. It is your responsibility to return the VR Equipment on or before the agreed-upon return date and time.

3.2 Late Returns: Late returns may result in additional charges. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

4. Tracking Devices

4.1 Monitoring: Our VR Equipment may be equipped with tracking devices for location and security purposes. You consent to the monitoring of the VR Equipment during the rental period.

4.2 Data Privacy: We will handle tracking data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use tracking data to verify the location of the VR Equipment and for security purposes.

5. Security Deposit

5.1 Amount: The amount of the Deposit will be specified at the time of reservation. It will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the VR Equipment.

5.2 Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct from the Deposit for any damage, loss, or late fees incurred during the rental period.

Liability and Responsibility

6.1 Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with the use of VR Equipment, including but not limited to motion sickness and injury. You assume all responsibility for any such risks.

6.2 Damages: You are responsible for any damage to the VR Equipment during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.


We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Shop Rules and Policies​
